Sheehan has been a massage therapist in the Southern Tier of New York for over a decade, using integrative massage techniques to blend a variety of modalities for a holistic approach to healing and wellness. She graduated from the Finger Lakes School of Massage in Ithaca and her continuing education has led her across the world to learn new modalities, training in Costa Rica, Montreal, and Hawaii as well as all across the Eastern seaboard. She is a two hundred hour registered yoga teacher and currently teaches classes in her office space in Owego as well as at the Apalachin Library. Sheehan is passionate about educating people on the importance of self-care and the power of the body to heal itself.
